This tour will start and end in Nairobi. You will be picked up at the airport or from your hotel in Nairobi. In this tour, you will be covering Amboseli National Park, formerly Maasai Amboseli Game Reserve, in Kajiado County, Tsavo West & Tsavo East National Parks in Taita Taveta County and both in Kenya. Most famous in the Amboseli are the large amounts of African Elephants, and Mount Kilimanjaro, the highest peak in Africa (5895 meters). With the combination of semi luxury/luxury and adventure, this safari will let you experience the Magic of Kenya.

Day 1: NAIROBI – AMBOSELI
You will be picked from your hotel and drive to Amboseli National Park arriving for lunch at the lodge/tented camp followed by afternoon game drive. Dinner and overnight at lodge/tented camp.

Day 2: AMBOSELI
Full day game viewing in Amboseli park with picnic lunch at Observation hill. Amboseli is a relatively small yet fascinating park of lush water holes and swamps contrasting against flat open plains and acacia woodlands. Elephant and plains game abound as well as the big cats such as Lion, Leopard and Cheetah. With luck, the snow-capped peak of Mt Kilimanjaro will be visible, creating a spectacular backdrop to the peacefully grazing animals.

Day 3: TSAVO WEST
After breakfast drive to Tsavo West National Park crossing a dramatic lava flow at the Park boundary.Arrive in time for lunch followed by a afternoon game drive in this, Kenya’s largest Park, noted especially for its enormous elephant population. From Kilaguni, great expanses of open plains stretch in all directions with Mount Kilimanjaro, the Chyulu hills, the Taita hills and Ngulia mountains on different horizons. The views from Roaring rocks and Poacher’s lookout are truly spectacular. A visit to Mzima Springs where crystal clear water bubbles up from underground may reveal hippo and crocodile, seen from an underwater viewing hide. Bird life is extraordinarily colourful and diverse with the Ngulia mountains hosting many migratory species at certain times of the year. Overnight at Kilaguni lodge.
